Professional Therapeutic Manual Therapy in Clifton Park, NY

Skilled, Personalized, Evidence-Informed Hands-On Care

My mission is to help people move better, feel better, and live with less pain.

While many people think of massage as a luxury or occasional treat, therapeutic manual therapy is something very different. In my practice, hands-on treatment is a
clinical tool - precise, intentional, and tailored to your body’s needs.

With 29 years of combined experience as a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist, I use a variety of advanced manual techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and support long-term function.

Every session is one-on-one, unrushed, and personalized.
No routines. No cookie-cutter sequences.
Just exactly what your body needs that day.

Our Massage Services

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Therapeutic/Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. Our goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. We have recently upgraded to Synergy Stones. This waterless system of hot stone massage allows you to have a full- body service, or spot-treatment without having to decide when booking. It requires 15-minutes instead of over an hour.

Stretching Session

Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation. Typically added to a massage but can also be stand-alone.

Myoskeletal Massage

I use Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy to help clients move more freely and with less pain. This approach combines gentle joint mobilization and focused muscle work to calm the nervous system, ease chronic tension, and improve posture. It’s a powerful tool for restoring balance, relieving discomfort, and supporting long-term spinal health.
