Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
All appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, rescheduling will be subject to a late cancellation or late rescheduling fee of the total service cost. This policy is for any reason. If you cannot attend but can have someone keep the session for you, they will pay, and we will waive your fee.
Massage Service Booking Policy:
Please note: We require new clients to prepay in full for their first appointment when booking. We will only return payment for any service canceled with more than 24 hours' notice. We ask existing clients to keep a card on file or prepay for appointments securely.
Our Massage Services
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Therapeutic/Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. Our goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. We have recently upgraded to Synergy Stones. This waterless system of hot stone massage allows you to have a full- body service, or spot-treatment without having to decide when booking. It requires 15-minutes instead of over an hour.
Stretching Session
Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation. Typically added to a massage but can also be stand-alone.
Myoskeletal Massage
I use Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy to help clients move more freely and with less pain. This approach combines gentle joint mobilization and focused muscle work to calm the nervous system, ease chronic tension, and improve posture. It’s a powerful tool for restoring balance, relieving discomfort, and supporting long-term spinal health.
